7th Sense — A Neutrino initiative for women's empowerment & betterment.
Proud to be among India's Top 100 Best Places to Work for Women — 2025 Certified. A recognition that reflects our commitment to creating a place where women are supported to lead, innovate, and shine.

The 7th sense in every woman
We devote all our 6 senses to grow, nurture, and develop — but there is a 7th sense in every woman that guides her through the rocky roads and the fine lines. Our mission is to create an empowering atmosphere for women, created by women. We educate them, empower them, empathize with them, and stand with them in their tough times.

SHE-Box
Every woman has the right to be heard with dignity, fairness, and confidentiality.
Platforms such as SHE-Box, the Government of India's online complaint mechanism for workplace sexual harassment, are available for women to raise concerns and seek support. Every woman has the right to access such channels and be heard with dignity, fairness, and confidentiality.

From Ada Lovelace to Grace Hopper — and beyond
From Ada Lovelace, the world's first computer programmer, to Grace Hopper, who developed the first compiler, women have been the driving force behind some of the most significant technological advancements in the history of mankind. We are extremely proud of our women and cannot thank them enough for the balance they bring to Neutrino.
